Mindfulness and Wellness Online Support groups are online communities for those who wish to practice Mindfulness. In order to get the benefits we know that Mindfulness needs to be practiced regularly. We also know that people achieve more when in a group where they can motivate and support each other.
In the process of participating in the group you will go on a journey whereby you will be given the opportunity to practice a set of skills with a group on a daily basis that will help you transform your emotional state.
Aims: This group is aimed at people who are constantly on the move, people who commute frequently by train or bus or office workers who can spare a few minutes a day (perhaps at lunch time) to engage with the group content and the meditation practices. This challenge will help you build up the habit of a daily mindfulness thereby enabling you to enjoy all the benefits that Mindfulness brings.
