Dr Patrizia Collard is a psychotherapist, trainer and coach. She completed her undergraduate studies in Oxford (BA Hons.), and her PhD at Bangor University in 1992. She held her first academic post as an assistant lecturer at Bangor University. She teaches as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Psychology at the University of East London. She trains students on the course: Integrative Psychotherapy and isresponsible for the areas CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) and MSC (Mindfulness and Self Compassion). She is a member of many prominent psychotherapy organisations (BABCP, UKCP, Association for Coaching, Austrian Association for Behaviour Therapy and Obsessive Action). She became one of the early members of the UK Network for Mindfulness-Based Teacher Training Organizations. She trained with Jon Kabat-Zin and Saki Santorelli, and later with Rebecca Crane, John Teasdale, Mark Williams, Christine Feldman and Rick Hanson. She is a trained teacher Self compassion with the Centre for MSC (Chris Germer and Kristin Neff).
She is the author of The Mindfulness Bible, MBCT for Dummies, Journey into Mindfulness, Mindfulness for Compassionate Living, The Little Book of Mindfulness, Tibbs the Meditation Cat, and a co-author of the Mindfulness Diet and the Mindfulness Cookbook.
Helen Stephenson has spent a life time dedicated to the practice and study of yoga, Pilates, mindfulness, meditation and counselling. She is a level 3 mindfulness teacher and is qualified as a trainer of mindfulness teachers. She trained with Dr. Patrizia Collard, founder of entermindfulness and with Jody Mardula and Cindy Cooper of the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University. She is the co-author of the Mindfulness diet and the Mindfulness cookbook. Helen also holds a Masters from Hamburg University. Her further qualifications include a Counselling diploma (couples, families and individuals), a Certificate in conflict clarification with Dr. Christoph Thoman in Switzerland, Training in communication psychology with Prof. Schulz von Thun and team from Hamburg University, a Senior yoga and Pilates Teacher with Yoga Alliance, a Certified back care instructor, specializing in Scoliosis and a Visiting teacher at Gaia House in Devon over the last 10 years.
Luminita Buzescu is a Systemic Psychotherapist and Mindfulness Meditation teacher working clinically in both the Public and Private Sectors in Ireland since 2005. She completed an internationally accredited professional Teacher Training Programme in Mindfulness with the Institute for Mindfulness Based Approaches (IMBA), Germany. With a previous background in Education, and having had the privilege to work with people from various cultures and walks of life over the years, Luminita endeavours to maintain a cultural awareness and respect for difference, along with the intention to meet her clients where they are at in their journey to growth and wellbeing. The interest in meditation practices and holistic living has been an ongoing inspiration for her work and personal life for many years.
She is an accredited member of the Family Therapy Association of Ireland (FTAI), the Irish Council for Psychotherapy (ICP) and the European Association for Psychotherapy. Luminita has articles published in Feedback, Journal of the Family Therapy Association of Ireland.
Kay Murphy has a strong background in education having worked abroad and within the Irish Education system for over 25 years. Kay currently works in a special school in Dublin which caters for boys and girls and integrates mindfulness into her work. Kay’s first class honours Master’s research (2012) was a pilot study of “Mindfulness in the Special School”. Kay designed a mindfulness programme called CAM (Catch A Moment) for the students of her school at that time. Keen to continue upskilling, she has completed training in .b and will complete the PAWS programme in July, 2016. The implications of Kay’s studies, research and work with all the partners in education prompted Kay to train as a Mindfulness teacher with the Institute of Mindfulness Based Approaches (IMA). She uses mindfulness programmes with students and teachers and has a keen interest in promoting wellness. Kay enjoys writing and contributes to educational publications and journals alongside presenting at educational conferences.
Susannah Healy is a qualified Psychologist, Trainer, and Mindfulness Meditation teacher, having trained at Oxford Mindfulness Centre, UK. For the past 15 years she has worked as a Psychologist in private clinical practice. Susannah previously held the position of Psychology Lecturer and acted as International Editor of the European Journal of Clinical Hypnosis.
Susannah is a regular guest speaker on national TV and Radio dealing with psychology related issues. She is also regular contributor as a Psychology Journalist in national print media. Susannah is a published author and is currently finalising her PhD in Applied Psychology.
