A new way of experiencing and enhancing your life and the lives of your patients and clients.
Mindfulness and Wellness challenges take you on a journey from your current mental state to some desired future mental state. For example, if you are a person suffering from anxiety, stress and finding it difficult to concentrate we have a challenge just for you. In the process of participating in the challenge you will go on a journey whereby you will be given the opportunity to practice a set of skills with a group on a daily basis that will help you transform your emotional state
Aims: This challenge is aimed at people who are constantly on the move, people who commute frequently by train or bus or office workers who can spare a few minutes a day (perhaps at lunch time) to engage with the challenge content and the meditation practices. This challenge will help you build up the habit of a daily mindfulness thereby enabling you to enjoy all the benefits that Mindfulness brings.
